Placement |

| Working
for the Employee CPI has a policy of being up front and honest with the companies we work with. As a result, we've developed a relationship and privileged level of trust. We are constantly searching for the right people to fill these and other positions. Check back often as we are constantly getting new job openings. Some positions get filled in a matter of days, while others take longer as companies are looking more unique skill sets and non-traditional backgrounds. Typically, the companies we work with are looking for college and/or technically certified, industry experienced, team players with the ability to adapt and change with the growing and evolving company and industry. Often companies are asking for more than 110%. Travel, long hours, and fast-paced environments are things these companies are looking for on a regular basis. "Work hard. Play Hard." is a typical mantra of the companies we place for. On a regular basis, we look for software, hardware and telecom engineers, product/project managers, sales and marketing people, consultants, programmers, programmer analysts, high tech management, database and web professionals at all levels. CPI has a Variety of Programs for Placement. Since we generate revenue placing you, we are able to offer you many value-added services at no charge.

| Placement We don't just shuffle resumes around. We work with you and the companies that may be interested in you as a proxy. We want to understand what you want in a job, a career and salary, now and in the future. From the position perspective, we work with the company to understand how they see their candidate fitting into the fabric of the company and as an individual. By developing this strong relationship with you and the company, we ensure long term success for everyone.

| Compensation Negotiation Our relationships with the companies we work with allows us to get intricate knowledge of compensation and benefits programs. There's a maze of compensation packages available: stock options, merit based options plans, structured bonuses, travel allowances, vacation time and of course salary. Understanding what types of combinations yield what types of annual salaries is the key to a healthy and lasting employee-employer relationship. For instance, starting companies may not always be able to pay the high price salary, but stock options and other compensation methods can make both parties happy.
